'The Dead' by Charlie Higson

The sequel to the enemy which followed the holloway crew was put on hold as this thrilling story followed the lives of best friends : Ed and Jack.  It takes place in various places throughout London as they have to keep on the move and be aware of their surroundings constanly.
In this brilliant sequel not only is their enemy the blood thirsty 'Strangers/adults/Sickos' but also the massive shortage of food.
They learn to fight out of skill and mainly just pure wits.
They meet many people friend and foe along their epic journey.
A good read overall it sucks you into the book and i am witing for the next book in Autumn 2011
